Hazelwood Park, Dublin 5, Kilmore, Dublin 5 is for rent on Daft.ie

Two floating steps of unfinished concrete deliver you to a bespoke larch-clad entrance pavilion, a masterclass in restraint where the developer wisely omitted a foundation in favour of "authentic garden integration." Inside, natural light pours through a curated pair of windows per wall, ensuring residents never forget the sky exists just beyond the felt roofing. At €1,200 a month, this Kilmore icon proves that true luxury isn't square footage, it's the quiet dignity of paying Dublin 5 apartment rates to live in what the neighbours generously call "the good shed."
