Rosewell Lodge, Belvelly, Cobh, Co. Cork is for rent on Daft.ie

Behold Rosewell Lodge, a masterwork of matte-black cladding that whispers "converted garden shed" to the untrained eye but screams "architecturally decisive" to those fluent in tarmac-adjacent luxury. The gravel forecourt and freshly excavated mound of raw clay out back lend an unmistakable air of a property still deciding whether it wants to be a home or a construction site, and we say: why not both. At €1,165 a month, you're not just renting a single-glazed French door and a repurposed hot tub lid — you're buying into a bold statement that square footage is a construct invented by people who've never truly lived.
