Westbourne Green, Dublin 22, Grange Castle, Dublin 22 is for rent on Daft.ie

Exposed cathedral pine ceilings soar a full seven feet above the appliance cluster, evoking the great timber lodges of Scandinavia, if those lodges also required you to wash dishes eighteen inches from a tumble dryer. The discerning tenant will appreciate how the washing machine, cooker, and fridge have been thoughtfully arranged into a single sightline, eliminating the tyranny of choice that plagues lesser, larger kitchens. At €1,050 a month, this is less a studio than a fully-timbered meditation on what square footage really means to people who no longer believe in it.
